45mL lemongrass vodka
1 tsp matcha powder
15mL lemon juice
15mL raw sugar syrup
15mL lime juice
10mL aqua faba
Prepare the lemongrass vodka a week or two ahead of time by adding a few cut stalks of lemongrass to your vodka of choice.
Once that has infused, add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake away!
*For those asking what aqua faba is...it's the water from a can of chickpeas! It's not vital to this recipe but we highly recommend it. It helps the cocktail form a form on top which takes this martini to a new level!
