30mL Grey Goose Vodka
30mL Sauvignon Blanc
10mL elderflower liqueur
30mL passionfruit puree
30mL peach puree
4 edible flowers
3 fennel microgreens
Add all the ingredients to the cocktail shaker: Vodka, Sauvignon Blanc, elderflower liqueur, passionfruit puree and peach puree.
Add some ice, secure the lid and shake it for at least 20 seconds.
Using a fine strainer, pour the liquid from the shaker into a chilled coupe glass.
Garnish with edible flowers and fennel microgreens following the pattern on the photo.
