Cocktail:
4 drops The Bitter End Moroccan Bitters
60 mls pomegranate-infused vodka (recipe below)
22 mls honey syrup
15 mls lemon juice
Pomegranate-infused vodka ingredients:
750 ml bottle Vodka
Arils from 1 ripe pomegranate
Cocktail:
Add the bitters to a chilled cocktail glass and set aside.
Add the remaining ingredients to a mixing glass and fill with ice.
Stir, and strain into the prepared glass.
Garnish with a lemon twist.
Pomegranate-infused vodka ingredients:
Add both ingredients to a 1-quart Mason jar, seal and let stand for 1 week.
Strain out the pomegranate arils and re-bottle.
