15mL Autonomy Davo plum bitters
45mL The Botanist
30mL homemade plum syrup
30mL fresh lime juice
30mL egg white
Served in a Crystal Coupe.
Shake all ingredients with ice, double strain all ice then shake again to create a thicker foam.
Then pour into glass and garnish with a dehydrated plum.
