30mL Hayman's Sloe Gin
15mL Massenez Liqueur de Citronelle
15mL Luxardo Maraschino Originale
15mL Solano's blueberry syrup
15mL lemon juice
3 g rosemary
3 g rhubarb
-Add all ingredients except rosemary and rhubarb into a shaker.
Add ice and shake for 12 seconds.
Place the rhubarb peel into a coupe glass.
Use a single and a fine strainer to double strain from the cocktail shaker into the coupe glass.
Place a rosemary stick across the coupe on the rim.
