30mL Bunyip Sticky Gin
15mL Galliano Vanilla
15mL Massenez passionfruit liqueur
20mL super lemon or fresh lemon
17.5mL housemade lemon aspen syrup
20mL egg whites
Add all ingredients into a shaker, wet shake hard for 15 seconds.
Double strain into a tumbler – add a solid ice cube (preferred clear ice for the perfect look).
Garnish with a coin of cherry leather and a passionfruit-marigold leaf.
