60g butter
4 tbsp cocoa
200g condensed milk
2 cups brown sugar
4 tbsp water
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup nuts
Place all ingredients except nuts and vanilla in saucepan and stir using a wooden spoon over low heat until sugar dissolves.
Bring mixture to a boil then simmer for 25 minute, testing periodically for a soft ball formation.
Remove and beat until smooth and thick. Add vanilla and nuts. Set in greased pan.
