50mL Rye Whiskey
25mL lemon juice
25mL simple syrup
1 fresh egg white
15mL Angove Organic Shiraz
Pour whiskey, lemon juice, simple syrup and egg white into a shaker and shake well.
Pop open the shaker, add ice and give it a quick shake to chill the drink.
Strain the contents into a glass with large ice cubes.
Set a spoon at a 45-degree angle barely placed inside of the glass (the back of the spoon should be facing the ceiling). Pinch the top of the wine bottle with your finger and slowly pour red wine onto the back of the spoon, letting it drizzle onto the surface of the drink, to create a beautiful purple layer in the glass.
