1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup organic soy milk (or any type of milk)
2 1/2 Tbs full-fat Greek yoghurt
1/4 cup blueberries (frozen are fine to use)
1 Tbs hemp seeds
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp honey
Topping:
1/4 cup strawberries
1 Tbs slivered almonds
OR:
1/4 cup blueberries (frozen are fine to use)
1 Tbs walnuts
Mixed rolled oats, blueberries, hemp seeds and cinnamon in a bowl, or glass container. Stir in the milk, honey and yoghurt, until all ingredients are thoroughly mixed.
Cover and leave in fridge overnight.
Add chosen topping just before eating.
Plating:
Strawberries and almonds – slice strawberries and add to top of oats, sprinkle slivered almonds on top.
Blueberries and walnuts - heat the blueberries in the microwave for 30 seconds, add to top of oats and sprinkle walnuts on top.
