150mL Tanqueray gin
60mL white Vermouth
30mL Amaro Montenegro
275mL passionfruit kombucha
1 drop orange blossom water
390mL soda water
30mL sugar syrup
Combine all ingredients in a glass of your choice.
Gently stir the drink.
Top up glass with ice.
