40mL Fireball
30mL Amaro Montenegro
20mL Velvet Disaronno
10mL Licor 43
1 pinch of salt
Cinnamon sugar (1 part cinnamon to 4 parts sugar)
White chocolate shavings
First, rim a chilled coupe glass with some housemade cinnamon sugar. We like to use honey to get it to stick, but you do you.
Into a shaker, add 40mL of Fireball, 30mL of Amaro Montenegro, 20mL of Velvet Disaronno and 10mL of Licor 43.
To bring out the flavours and balance it all out, you can add a pinch of salt as well.
Shake it up, ensuring you allow it to froth up for the full textural experience.
Double strain into your glass.
Shave a little white chocolate on top (or a lot - you little Pablo Escebunny).
