Polysemous Cocktail - Recipe by Mirza Baig and Dan Walmsley

Ingredients

40mL Baijiu
10mL peach liqueur
20mL honey syrup
20mL fresh lemon juice
2 dashes orange blossom water
Milk for clarification
Green tea mist
Ice blocks

Method

Add all ingredients except for the milk into a bowl.

Pour warm milk in. Mix well and let curdle, cover and leave overnight.

Pour through filter paper and fine strainer twice (do not press through).

Bottle and refrigerate.

Pour in double rocks over old fashioned ice block.

Spray with citrus green tea mist before serving.

Add a Chinese proverb for decoration.
