600 g Tassal cooked Aussie Tiger prawns
¼ cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 1/2 Tbs horseradish
2 Tbs fresh chives
1 Tbs lemon juice
3 tsp tomato sauce
Salt and pepper
1/2 cos lettuce
1 lemon
Roughly crush the avocado with a fork, then mix in lime juice, salt and pepper.
In a separate bowl, mix cocktail sauce - tomato sauce, mayonnaise, sour cream and horseradish.
To assemble, spread avocado on corn chips with some rocket leaves and a prawn.
Add a spoonful of cocktail sauce, scatter with paprika and chives.
