4 burger buns
1 onion
1/4 cabbage
1 green apple
1 lime
Barbeque sauce
Vegan aioli
Coriander
Olive oil
Salt
1 vEEF® artisan pulled ‘pork'
Pulled ‘pork’:
Slice onions and caramelise in a pan on medium heat, with olive oil. Remove and set aside.
In same pan, caramelise the ‘pork’ with olive oil for about 6 minutes, then add caramelised onions.
Finish with 2 tablespoons of your favourite barbeque sauce.
Slaw salad:
Thinly slice cabbage and apple (about 1 cup of each), put into a bowl and add lime juice, salt, olive oil and coriander.
To serve:
Warm up the buns, add hot pulled ‘pork’, topped with slaw salad and aioli.
