1 can chickpeas, well rinsed
1/8 tsp baking soda
1 pinch salt
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup nut butter of choice
1/4 cup milk of choice
1/2-cup coconut sugar or sweetener of choice (can be replaced with 1 1/4 cup pitted dates)
1/2 cup Well Naturally Sugar Free dark chocolate chips* (plus extras - e.g. coconut flakes, raisins, cranberries, etc if desired)
2-3 tbsp oats

Add all ingredients except for chocolate chips into a food processor and blend until smooth (keep a little texture for authenticity)
Stir in chocolate chips (and extras if using) and serve.
