1 bottle Riesling
2 cups strawberries, hulled
2 Tbs fresh lime juice
2 Tbs sugar, more if desired
Set aside one cup of Riesling in fridge.
In a food processor, puree strawberries with remaining Riesling, lime juice and sugar. Pour mixture into ice cube trays and freeze until solid.
When ready to serve, puree ice cubes with remaining wine in blender.
