Ingredients

¼ baguette per burger
Good quality tomato relish
Roast Carrot, Kale & Chickpea burger
Fresh coriander leaves

Method

Cut baguette, brush with oil and char grill on a griddle pan or toast.

Pan fry or sandwich press our Roast Carrot and Kale burger.

To Serve :

Break burger into pieces and place on top of toasted baguette, add relish and
garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
