2 Tassal fresh Tassie salmon fillets skin off 300 g, cut into 4 cm cubes
2 medium zucchini, cut into 1 cm rounds
1/2 small red onion, cut into wedges
2 Tbs of soy sauce
2 Tbs of honey
1 Tbs sesame seeds, toasted
1 tsp chilli flakes
Steamed rice and fresh coriander sprigs, to serve
Thread the Tassal Fresh Tassie Salmon cubes, zucchini and onion pieces onto skewers.
Combine honey, soy sauce, sesame seeds and chilli flakes into a bowl; stir to combine.
Heat a large frying pan or BBQ to a medium to high heat. Spray the skewers with oil and cook for
2-3 minutes on each side
Serve skewers with steamed rice and coriander, spoon over chilli sauce.
