50mL Bombay Sapphire Gin
25mL Bok Blue Curacao
25mL St Germain elderflower liqueur
25mL lemon juice
1 egg white
Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake vigorously until well chilled.
Strain the mixture into a chilled short glass.
Garnish with shaven orange peel and edible flowers.
