1 shot of coffee
10mL sugar syrup
40mL vodka
20mL butterscotch schnapps
Handful of sugar crystals (for martini glass rim)
1/2 cup of ice
Prepare shot of coffee.
Dip martini glass rim into sugar crystals (use a liquid around the rim, such as a caramel syrup or honey so sugar can stick to the glass).
Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice (coffee shot, sugar syrup, vodka, butterscotch schnapps).
Shake well.
Pour cocktail into a chilled martini glass and enjoy!
