400 g sweet potato, sliced into equal sized fries
1 Tbs canola oil
1 tsp paprika
Pinch of salt
Pinch cracked black pepper
Soak the sweet potatoes in salted water for 20 minutes. Preheat the oven to 200 C.
Drain the potatoes of the water fully, then toss in a bowl with the rest of the ingredients.
Place the seasoned fries on a suitable baking tray and bake for 15 minutes or until nicely browned on the outside.
Serve with a selection of dips.
