1 large Hass avocado
2 limes
4g Sea Salt (table)
To Pimp it Up:
40g diced pickled red onion
Generous pinch chopped coriander
Good drizzle (50mL) cold pressed olive oil
Basic recipe:
Deseed the avocado and mash in a bowl.
Juice the limes for up to 30mL of juice and stir into the avocado.
Mix through sea salt.
To Pimp It Up:
Fold in diced pickled red onion, a generous pinch of chopped coriander a good drizzle of cold pressed olive oil.
