Sour Bloody Sour - Recipe by Uncanny's Blaze aka Bar Daddy

Ingredients

30mL Four Pillars Bloody Shiraz Gin
30mL Amaro Montenegro
30mL lemon juice
Dash of vanilla
15mL orange and cinnamon syrup
15mL aquafaba
Star anise for garnish
Cinnamon powder for garnish

Method

Add ingredients to tins.

Dry shake (or whip shake as Blaze prefers).

Wet shake.

Single strain into a coupe and garnish.
