Ingredients: 40mL Cherry Lush Larrikin Gin; 20mL Cointreau; 20mL lime juice; Muddled ginger (to taste); 3 crushed cardamom pods; 5 crushed allspice seeds; Pinch of salt; Garnish:; A cinnamon stick or an orange peel.

40mL Cherry Lush Larrikin Gin
20mL Cointreau
20mL lime juice
Muddled ginger (to taste)
3 crushed cardamom pods
5 crushed allspice seeds
Pinch of salt

Garnish:

A cinnamon stick or an orange peel.

Method

Place all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice, shake, then strain into a martini or margarita glass.
