30mL pandan-infused Nusa Cana spiced rum
20mL mandarin syrup
20mL Aperol
10mL G E Massenez ginger liqueur
3 dashes aromatic bitters
3 dashes citrus acid solution
The housemade mandarin syrup is infused with cloves, cardamom pods, bay leaves, cinnamon, star anise and lemon peel.
Add all ingredients into a glass and stir.
