150 g baby spinach
150 g kale
4 Granny Smith apples, peeled and cored
1 Tbs + 2 tsp pure maple syrup (preferably dark syrup for its robust taste)
5/6 cup almond milk (or water if preferred)
2 Tbs + 2 tsp low fat Greek yoghurt
1 Tbs + 2 tsp rolled oats
Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
Pour into glasses and serve.
