Strawberry Mezcal Margarita - Recipe by Calvin Graunke

Ingredients

30mL Monte Alban Mezcal
15mL Cointreau
15mL VOK strawberry liqueur
15mL agave syrup
30mL lime juice
3 frozen strawberries

Method

Rim half the circumference of a Double Old Fashioned glass with salt.

Muddle strawberries with lime juice in the bottom of a Boston shaker.

Add ice and remaining ingredients.

Shake and single strain into the rimmed glass half filled with ice.

Garnish: skewered orange peel rested on the edge.
