60mL St-Remy Signature
1 cube brown sugar
1 drop sparkling water
3 dashes bitters
1 orange
Put the sugar cube and bitters into an Old-fashioned glass and muddle.
Pour the St-Remy Signature, sparkling water and ice cubes and stir.
Press an orange zest above the drink, garnish with a twist of orange peel and serve.
