250 g Tassal smoked Tassie salmon
9 slices pane di casa or sourdough
1/4 avocado
2 Tbs cream cheese
2 Tbs beetroot dip
2 Tbs pesto dip
1 Tbs capsicum dip
Toppings:
Capsicum, finely chopped
Radish, finely sliced
Alfalfa sprouts
Fresh dill
Crumbled feta
Bocconcini, chopped
Black sesame seeds
Fresh lemon
Toast bread.
Spread 2 tablespoons or either cream cheese or dips on top, or avocado.
Top with smoked salmon and preferred toppings.
