Ingredients

15mL Aperol
15mL Campari
15mL Peddler Gin Co Salted Plum Gin
15mL Don Julio Blanco
15ml osmanthus syrup
45mL bitter lemon soda

Method

Build all ingredients in a highball, stir over ice.

Garnish with a slice of ruby grapefruit and star anise.
