60mL Maekhong
1 fresh Kaffir lime leaf
3 pieces of fresh lemongrass
15mL sugar syrup
15mL lime juice
Garnish:
1 kaffir lime leaf
1 dried whole chilli
1 lemongrass stem
Put fresh kaffir lime leave and fresh lemongrass in the shaker and then muddle until got herbs smell and then pour Maekhong, lime juice and syrup and shake well.
Pour in the mug and topped with fever ginger beer.
Garnish with kaffir lime leave, dried whole chilli, and lemongrass.
