30mL strawberry syrup
30mL lychee syrup
120mL pineapple juice
1 scoop of ice
5 strawberry slices
3 pieces of lychee
Sprite
Soda water
Add strawberry slices and lychees into a shaker.
Muddle the fruit gently.
Pour in strawberry and lychee syrup.
Add scoop of ice to shaker. Shake vigorously.
Strain and pour the mixture into a mocktail glass.
Add Sprite and soda water leaving a small gap at the top of the galss.
Carefully pour in the pineapple juice to create a layer.
Garnish with strawberry slices, blood orange and rose petals.
