Vegan Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients

Meliora plant-based egg
2 slices of your favourite bread
BioMarinated (as much as you like)
1 ripe avocado
Fresh chive leaves to garnish
Salt and pepper to taste
Cooking spray for pan

Method

Heat a non-stick skillet or frying pan over medium heat and lightly coat it with cooking spray or oil.

Once the pan is hot, pour the Meliora plant-based egg into it and gently stir with a spatula, breaking it up into small curds.

Continue to cook and stir until the scrambled 'eggs' are cooked through but still moist and fluffy.

While the plant-based eggs are cooking, toast your bread slices to your desired level of crispiness.

Once the scrambled 'eggs' are ready, remove the pan from the heat.

Spread the BioMarinated on the toast and add slices of avocado, then place the scrambled 'eggs' on top. Garnish with fresh chives.

Optionally, season with additional salt and pepper to taste.
