1 1/2 cups chopped watermelon
1/4 cup (60mL) lime juice
1/4 cup (60mL) Midori liqueur
1/3 cup (80mL) Malibu liqueur
Rockmelon, to serve
Honeydew melon, to serve
Extra watermelon, to serve
Crushed ice, to serve
4 cups (1L) chilled lemonade
Place the watermelon in a blender and blend until smooth. Strain through a fine sieve into a serving jug. Add the lime juice and stir to combine.
Divide the Midori and Malibu evenly among serving glasses. Use a melon baller to scoop balls from rockmelon, honeydew melon and extra watermelon and add to the glasses. Top with ice. Stir the lemonade into the watermelon mixture in the jug. Divide among the glasses. Serve immediately.
