About Margarita Daze

Discover Umina’s beachside hangout, Margarita Daze on Trafalgar Avenue - the doorstep to an endless waterfront horizon where socialising is encouraged from sunrise to sunset. With whitewashed walls, wicker chairs, cactus plants and colourful cushions, this cool and casual dining destination couldn’t be any more waterfront; meet friends at dusk for beachy cocktails like a coconut Margarita and graze on share plates of pulled beef brisket birria tacos with mozzarella, onion and coriander salsa. Pasta lovers delve into linguine tossed with lobster, rocket, pistachio and dill, or slice your knife into perfectly-cooked Wagyu rump, with chimichurri, chat potatoes, feta and blackberry salad. Pizzas like garlic prawn and chorizo on a tomato base with onion, tomatoes and chives always hit the mark.

Easy breezy beachy fabulousness
This is the place I take all of my coastie visitors. Food has never disappointed and there is something for everyone. Cocktails, atmosphere, views across the ocean to Loin Island and Palm Beach - best place on the Central Coast to hang with family or friends. Love the Lion Island Ice Tea and jugs of coconut margaritas as well as burgers, seafood, pasta, tacos, seafood…you name it, it’s all good!
