About Ambiance Ristorante
Dine with the ‘pasta pros’ at Ambiance Ristorante on Princes Highway in Unanderra. They not only make pasta at this authentic Italian eatery, they live, feel and breathe it; from breakfast until dinner, dine in rustic surrounds of exposed brick, polished concrete and intimate table settings, from a menu showcasing seasonal produce. Drop by early for a breaky roll of bacon, egg, smashed avo, hash brown, cheddar and aioli on a panini; while the lunch crowd enjoys plates like charred baby octopus, rocket, potato, Parmesan, pear and lemon, washed down with a glass of Pinot Grigio. Newly open for dinner, find food for the soul with beef cheek ragu, in a red wine sauce with rigatoni; or perhaps share char-grilled whole quail, thyme and confit garlic butter, served with mixed roast vegetables.

We are an Italian Restaurant, Café and Bar open seven days a week for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. We use only fresh and top quality ingredients to produce stunning seasonal dishes on an weekly and monthly changing menu. Our focus and passion is for handmade and fresh pasta, which we make in house each and every day. Along with this we are also super passionate about sustainability, growing our very own produce locally in the Tullimbar Community Garden to use on our seasonal menu, going from farm to plate in literal hours
Along with a passion for pasta, we also love our coffee and wine! Our wine menu is composed of 90% locally sourced Australian wines from some of the best growers our country has to offer. Also Partnering with Vittoria Coffee we are able to bring to life their premier Brazil Rex blend to enjoy from 6am each morning.
