Adventurous and delicious degustation
Saturday nights are a treat with a beautiful degustation menu. Each course was beautifully prepared and presented with the wait staff explaining the preparation. We were impressed by the smocked crocodile, emu tartare, poached bug, mullet with beautiful oyster emulsion. Great deserts and we even had a superb cheese platter for my keto diet choices. So pleased a quality restaurant has come down to the Shoalhaven.
Amazing food in beautiful setting
We've been delighted by the degustation and a la carte menus. Grear service. Fabulous addition to the region.
