Begin a seafood feast with char-grilled octopus, fava bean purée, capers, gherkins, pickled peppers and hazelnuts, before mains of whole baby snapper, leek skordalia, roasted cauliflower salad, Greek crispy fried potatoes, parsley and walnut salsa. Carnivores opt for moussaka with slow-cooked pulled lamb, ragu, aubergine, potatoes and béchamel sauce – finish with a dessert of authentic baklava or chocolate mousse.
