This new addition to the local dining scene boasts a modern industrial-style vibe with plenty of alfresco seating for enjoying the sun while sipping a Quest Coffee Roasters brew and spoiling the owners’ Viszla pup, Banksy whom the café is named after. With a focus on sustainability, brunch has never tasted this good – think prosciutto and asparagus toast with basil cream, roasted honey macadamias, fresh dill, citrus zest and herb oil, on sourdough. Perhaps join a lively lunch conversation as you devour a karaage chicken and rainbow slaw salad with red cabbage, wombok, mint, carrot, fennel, lotus croutons, fried shallots, soy yuzu dressing and wasabi mayo.
