Meaning delicious in Scottish Gaelic, Blasta Brewing Company on Goodwood Parade in Burswood has a simple mission – brewing blasta beer and serving great fare. This boutique gastrobrewery is the final part of the Blasta Collective to open its doors, housed in a stunning converted red brick warehouse and delivering elevated service with a menu featuring Modern Australian and British dishes created with seasonal local produce alongside beer, whisky and gin all brewed in-house. Grab a Blasta tasting paddle of five beers to go with starters of five-spiced fried squid, kaffir and smoked spiced mayo; move onto memorable mains such as wild Scottish langoustine, truffle roe fraiche and candied citrus peel. Those looking to share opt for classic beef Wellington with truffled mash, carrots and jus.

Went there with friends for drinks and a bite to eat.... the venue was amazing and the atmosphere it generates is so relaxing chilled and family friendly... .. beers and food are delicious and the staff are knowledgeable ....it gets the thumbs up from us we will definitely go back....we cant get enough of the delicious beers and the whole vibe that goes with it ....

The venue set the scene with its brand new, incredible styling and large and fresh! The food and service followed suite. As a female I enjoy their beers especially the MyWay Grapefruit. It's combines space for varied customers and choices. Bound to become a firm favourite in Perth!
