Geraldton’s go-to hot spot will whisk you away with a bespoke cocktail collection along with small plates like focaccia with blue cheese crème, green tomato relish and rosemary salt, or seared scallops, beetroot purée and fruit salsa. Pair a Lygon St pink gin cocktail with crispy duck, carrot purée, toasted beetroot, asparagus, baby carrots and red wine jus, or pork belly, apple yuzu pear jam, sambal and salsa. Finish with rich chocolate and whiskey brownie and plum sorbet.
