The towering stainless-steel tanks of the microbrewery provide a stunning visual backdrop to the brewery bar and restaurant on the ground level, while the copper still, named Ginger, is the centrepiece of the gin bar, downstairs in the cellar distillery. Twelve taps of beer provide ample choice to go with small plates like char-grilled lamb backstrap, avocado salsa, sun-dried tomatoes and crispy artichokes; those with heartier appetites opt for Scotch fillet, oven-baked potatoes, rosemary and chimichurri.
