Located inside local favourite Laneway Café, this venue is all about turning the best ingredients into an amazing BBQ using fresh, seasonal produce to create dishes that capture the flavours of NSW, all infused with the rich taste of cherry wood. Begin with morsels such as smoked crocodile and quail egg croquettes with beef tallow aioli, or wrap your hands around a brisket, Kransky, pork jowl, mac and cheese hot dog; for the main, chow down on wild boar fillet with sides of smoked pickles, lemon pepper corn and sesame coleslaw. Australian Smoke house near the beach
Absolutely OUTSTANDING food. Probably the best smokehouse in the Coast, they don’t use any seed oils and service is 10/10..
