Fresh and high quality products, the Chef showcased a great variety of techniques. All dietary requirements had been taken good care of. The dining process was specially designed, together with its services and other details, Brae offered a cosy feeling you may not experience elsewhere.

Definitely on its way to nailing its menu and clientele. Being only 4 or so months in there is still room for improvement but they are heading in the right direction.
Superlative service, ambience and some cracker dishes with wines to match. Dan Hunter has created something very special and unique in this beautiful property in Birregurra. Highly recommended.
