Drawing inspiration from the rugged Australian outback, CC’s Bar and Grill on Abbott Street in Cairns is redefining a traditional steakhouse. Located on the ground floor of Crystalbrook Bailey, this dining destination is famous for steak sourced from its own backyard of the Atherton Tablelands, delivered in earthy-toned surrounds of recycled timber, red banquette seating and softly glowing pendent lighting. Embark on a memorable culinary journey with grilled scallops, chorizo, butternut squash emulsion, red wine vinegar and capsicum purée, red radish and roast pepita dust; before slicing a knife into perfectly-cooked dry-aged tomahawk steak with grilled bone marrow, a micro green salad and your choice of sauce, or crispy skin duck, kipfler potato and juniper red wine jus.
