Mine host Niall Cunningham brings a 'little' touch of Ireland to Manly in the guise of the Celtic Corner Bar and Bistro. Naturally, as you would expect, Guiness has to make an appearance somewhere and it does in the form of the 'Braised beef & Guiness pie as the signature dish. This is one of the best Irish bars I've been too outside of Ireland. Niall, the owner, isn't trying too hard to appear Irish, because he doesn't need to, he really is Irish and the laid-back atmosphere in the bar is a reflection of his personality. And, the Guinness is unbeatable.
