Sydney's best kept secret. Amazing flavours coming out of this new kitchen. Think rotisserie cooked whole suckling pig, coffee and ancho rubbed beef briskets cooked over an open fire for 12 hours. Staff are super friendly and beer list is impressive with a wide range of Latin American beers and Ciders. A must try - if you can find it. Look for the upside down sig and graffiti front Enjoy
Amazing fit out and really cool entrance. Quality Latin food with open fire rotisserie cooking. Highlight dishes include the Chorizo mini hot dogs with habanero mustard, the amazingly tasty bangalow suckling pig and the sweet potato churros with pineapple and cinnamon glaze. Best churros ever! Staff are friendly and attentive without being overbearing. A great find - if you can find it!
