Dive right in with a starter of pan-seared scallops, beetroot and feta relish, pumpkin and chestnut purée, marrowfat mushy peas, grilled asparagus and toasted gremolata Panko crumble; then cast a net over a spice-rubbed swordfish steak with nduja baked potatoes, char-grilled broccolini and honey roasted Dutch carrots, enjoyed with a white wine.
