About Elm Dining
Find an unforgettable dining experience in the heart of Bright at Elm Dining on Gavan Street. Nestled in one of the area’s most iconic and historically significant locations – the Victorian cottage that for more than a century was the surgery and residence for Bright's doctors – which took on a new lease of life as home to several restaurants, along with professional offices and an art gallery. A recent refurbishment and an extension offers an alfresco area by the river, ideal for soaking up rays on balmy days with a cocktail in hand; from a menu created with fresh seasonal produce, delve into starters like spiced lamb belly, mirin gastrique, tarator, crispy shallots and chilli oil. For a memorable main try confit chicken, lemon sauce, baby onion and triple-cooked potatoes.
