Menus are guided by seasonality, changing regularly to highlight the region’s finest produce at its peak. Guests can choose from relaxed bar snacks through to a full dining experience, making it an easy fit for any occasion. Thoughtful, produce-driven and welcoming, Elm Dining invites diners to slow down and savour the flavours of the season. For groups of six or more, dining is offered via the Share Style or Chef’s Selection menu.
