Established in 2019 and specialising in premium Wagyu cross, full-blood Wagyu and grass-fed beef, Emerge dry-ages select cuts for at least 30 days, ensuring top flavour and tenderness. The warm yet moody atmosphere makes it perfect for any occasion as guests relax in stylish surrounds of matte grey walls adorned with vibrant artwork and cosy tables set with sparkling glassware. On balmy nights, sit streetside and sip a wine to go with starters such as char-grilled crocodile tail with chilli, capers, red onion and beurre blanc; for the main, it’s all about the steak – think beef Wellington with eye fillet, prosciutto, mushrooms, spinach, mustard, puff pastry and jus.
